CIVILSTRICT Engineering Consultant
Company overview

About the practice

CIVILSTRICT is an engineering consultancy founded by Dr. Rani Fouad and operating from Egypt, the United States and Rwanda. Its deepest specialism is hydrogeology and groundwater sciences, and its work extends to water facilities, irrigation networks, agricultural development, flood protection and electromechanical engineering.

Who we are

Areas of work

The practice combines numerical modeling with field application across wells, pumping stations, irrigation networks, desalination plants and water infrastructure, alongside flood protection, electromechanical works, agricultural consultancy and construction supervision.

  • Delivery experience across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, China, Uzbekistan and East Africa
  • Geophysical investigation using ERT, EM and VLF, with isotope tracer testing
  • Calibrated modeling on MODFLOW, FEFLOW, SEAWAT, HYDRUS and MIKE SHE
  • Design of irrigation networks, pumping stations and their associated electromechanical works
  • Detailed design and construction supervision under one continuous mandate

Vision & mission

Water resource development balanced with resilience

Vision

To be a trusted reference in water resources engineering and its related infrastructure, with solutions that balance resource development against environmental and structural sustainability.

Mission

To deliver scientifically grounded, field-proven engineering services across water resources and their infrastructure, from study and design through construction supervision.
